You Are In. Holiday Harmony Starts Now!

🎉 Your nervous system just breathed a sigh of relief.

Mama…
thank you for saying yes to yourself.
You are officially registered for
How To Survive The Holidays And Make Them Magical For Your ADHD Family.

Here is what happens next:

STEP 1: Check your email

You will receive an email from me, Lara Dawn, with your subject line:

“Your Holiday Harmony masterclass is ready”

Inside is your personal link to your private viewing page. Save that email so you can return to the class any time you need a reset this season.

STEP 2: Watch the class as soon as you can

Your brain learns best when your nervous system is regulated.
This masterclass is designed to bring you down from eight, nine or ten out of ten stress so you can parent from a place of presence rather than pressure.

You are going to:

  • Feel your body soften with our guided heart coherence practice
  • See your child’s behaviour through a compassionate, science-based lens
  • Learn simple shifts that create more connection and fewer meltdowns

Give yourself the gift of one hour.
You give so much to everyone else.
This is for you.

STEP 3: Watch for your next gift

In the coming days I will also send you a special follow up session to help you step into the new year feeling aligned, intentional and supported, rather than depleted and resentful.

Keep an eye on your inbox.

For now, let this class land in your heart.

You are not alone in this.
You are not a bad mom.
You are a Warrior Mama learning a new way to do the holidays.

With so much love,
Lara đź’—
