Join us for an intimate morning of connection, reflection, and renewal from the comfort of your own home.

Together, we will create a sacred space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be supported in community.

During Our Circle We Will:

✨ Ground into the present moment through guided meditation and breathwork

✨ Reflect on the lessons, insights, and growth of the past cycle

✨ Explore heart-centered journaling prompts

✨ Share in a supportive and confidential circle (sharing is always optional)

✨ Release what is no longer serving us through a simple moon ritual

✨ Set intentions for the month ahead

No previous circle experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

Bring a journal, a candle, a warm beverage, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Within the circle, we are seen, heard, and held.
