Mamas, you pour so much of your heart and soul into everyone else. What if for just one evening the moon poured something back into you?
With your toes in the sand as the sunsets and the moon rises over Lake Ontario, surrounded by beautiful mamas, something magical happens... Join us under the Sturgeon Moon at Burlington Beach for an unforgettable evening of connection, ritual, movement, laughter, and release.
This is your invitation to step out of “doing” mode and into presence, play, and community with like-minded mamas. Barefoot hearts. Moonlight medicine. A little wild woman energy carried in on the lake breeze.
 Featuring special guest, Women Embodiment Coach, Guida Da Silva.
We’ll gather in circle for moon rituals and intention setting, followed by a fun and freeing somatic dance experience. No dance experience needed... just come ready to move, release, laugh, and connect.
Bring a blanket, journal, dress for the weather, and glow accessories if you’d like.
